A Delicate Brushstroke of Different Memes

It's a question as old as when people stopped whacking image macros in chain emails, and started treating them as a lifestyle: are internet memes a true art form? They definitely convey their message through some form of creativity, but not everybody would argue that this means that they deserve a spot in the MoMA (although they have found themselves in museum exhibitions before).

We can't deny that just like their more intricate, painted counterparts, some are masterpieces, and there are many, many more that are amateur at best. Nonetheless, there are millions out there who have rubbed a couple of creatively inclined braincells together to give us so many of these beauties, so we may as well appreciate them. Don't think of this as a page on a website, but rather a barely curated gallery. With any luck, it will give it even more power to inspire and surprise.
